So I got a recruiter contacted me from Amazon and sent me email to apply for. Is this by any chance a scam? Update: So it’s probably not a scam. Didn’t ask for a google hangouts or anything. Send me a link to apply to a job in Amazon’s job boards. I looked it up separately and it was the actual job so I applied separately just to be safe.

Checked Amazon and there was a lotta job listings. Randomly. A month later and there's still some listings, but a lot less, and all at the other facility. I would consider myself lucky if a) this shit wasn't physically exhausting b) the majority (as opposed to the minority) of waterspiders were cool.

Recently someone I know has been applying for a Amazon driver job through Facebook and they have asked for driver license, SSN, and passport. Kinda fishy but didn’t think anything about. Fastfoward to today they have asked for access to my online Wells Fargo account to deposit a 39000$ check for working materials and now I’m kinda worried.

Hey guys I've been looking to get a job at Amazon but every time I check Amazon jobs nothing ever comes up in California. Been looking for over a year and I never see a listing for a warehouse position. Currently in the Ontario area by the airport I know Amazon has facilities in eastvale, Fontana ,Redlands. Any advice on how to find listings would be appreciated.
